Savour Citrique's sumptuous weekend buffet from 5:30pm on Friday and Saturday for dinner or Sunday lunch from 12pm, delivering a variety of locally sourced seafood, premier meats and International favourites. Enjoy an additional array of flavour rich dishes featuring spiced roasted chicken, prawn tamarind glazed barramundi, Lankan black pork tacos, Masala potato dumplings, Dhal soup and Bibikan cocont cake.

While, our weekday a la carte dining from Monday to Thursday at 6pm embarks on a culinary journey of fresh seafood, char-grilled steaks and Modern Australian dishes, carefully curated ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. We celebrate Sri Lanka's rich spices featuring additional dishes of Goroka glazed beef short rib with crispy chickpeas, roasted tamarind glazed toothfish with sugar snap peas and egg curry, and butter poached king prawns with string hoppers and pol sambol.

Collaborating with Executive Chef Paul Smart and award-winning culinary team, Citrique's menu brings a culinary adventure of rich cultural dishes with bold flavours.

Citrique's weekend buffet delivers a variety of sustainably sourced local seafood and market-fresh meats sourced from premier suppliers in addition to International favourites.
Fresh and grilled seasonal seafood sustainability sourced from premier local suppliers including Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, Spanner crabs, Moreton Bay bugs, Tasmanian scallops, mussels, salt & pepper calamari and whole-baked fish.
