The Citrique Restaurant Story

Awarded an Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat for three consecutive years, Citrique invites you to indulge in the ultimate culinary odyssey. Our specially curated menus celebrate the essence of Modern Australian cuisine, focusing on the finest local produce, fresh seafood, and grilled meats, all enhanced with subtle international flavours through a series of collaborations.

Drawing on the expertise of Executive Chef Paul Smart and his team's international culinary experience, Citrique's menu champions the marriage of flavours through experimentation. We focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from Australia's rich land and sea, including our own JW Garden.

A favourite among locals for its elegant ambiance, Citrique is the perfect destination for a memorable mid-week date night with our à la carte dining. On the weekends, the tempo is elevated with a decadent seafood and grill buffet, in addition to our daily buffet breakfast.

Citrique is also home to the Family by JW program, including daily culinary classes and JW Garden tours, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability through initiatives like our on-property worm farm for recycling food scraps and Australian native bees for garden pollination.

Great fine dine experience 
We had an exceptional dining experience, especially with the opportunity to try the new dishes from the A La Carte menu. These additions are a fantastic enhancement to the menu, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Our waiter, Aebriq, was attentive and prompt, ensuring everything went smoothly. Additionally, Shiv provided excellent guidance in explaining the new dishes, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. As always, the personalized service was top-notch and truly elevated our visit.

Five Stars

Everything is five stars, and we are delighted with our booking this year and our experiment at the resort. All the staff were highly professional and friendly, mainly thanks to Oksana, the lady who hosted us at the breakfast buffet. She was very friendly and professional and looked to our needs as if we were her family. Thank you, Oksana.

Absolutely Flawless !  
 

Our experience at citrique was absolutely flawless! From Cassie the restaurant manager to Laura our waitress we cannot fault a single thing. The food was absolutely amazing as were the cocktails. 11/10! A job very well done!
