Indulge in Citrique’s award-winning seafood buffet with a glass of Chandon sparkling on arrival and live entertainment.
Showcasing local seafood including lobster thermidor,  baked whole salmon with dill cream sauce, prime rib beef carving with peppercorn sauce, crispy pork shoulder with cinnamon apple compote and seafood paella with saffron aioli and fresh herbs. 
To finish, indulge with chocolate egg smores, speckled egg rocky road, caramel egg ice cream, hot cross buns and Easter cake pops.

Spoil your Mum this Mother’s Day with a long lunch at Citrique’s award-winning seafood buffet showcasing locally harvested seafood for the ultimate sea to table experience. Enjoy live entertainment and a JW gift for all Mothers.

Ocean treasures include grilled lobster station, Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, Blue Swimmer crabs, Moreton Bay bugs, spanner crab, green lip mussels and Hervey Bay scallops. Land lovers enjoy a wonderful choice of artisan antipasto, succulent roasts, Asian inspired dishes, wood-fired pizza and European classics.
To finish, indulge in a chocolate dessert for Mum created by our pastry team.
