continents, and achieved multiple awards, including winner of the Iron Chef Thailand TV program in 2012 and 2013.

Appointed the Executive Chef of HOTA Gallery in 2020, Dayan Hartill-Law is the driving force behind the dining experience at the Gallery. Throughout his 17 year career Dayan has worked across the globe in some of the world's best fine dining restaurants. Now based on the Gold Coast his passion is finding ingredients within the local area, whether native endemic species, or grown by some of the region's best producers, he ensures the utmost respect is shown to the produce.

Aux Fines Bouches first opened its doors in 2007 and was shaped, tempered and baked into the business it is today by sheer passion for fine pâtisserie. Originally from the North of France, Chef Pâtissier Richard spent years honing his skills at prestigious Palace Hotels in Lausanne, Switzerland before migrating to Australia. In the early days supplying cakes to cafés and restaurants across Adelaide before moving to the Gold Coast where he opened his most recent pâtisserie in Burleigh Heads. In 2018, Richard was nominated as Pastry Chef Of The Year by Gault & Millau.

Executive Chef of Glass Dining & Lounge Bar, the former two-star Michelin chef opened his first Gold Coast business venture Absynthe in 2005. The French native is renowned for his exceptional haute cuisine and for experimenting with flavours and textures, Meyjitte has excellent cooking credentials, having worked at three-Michelin star restaurants L'Auberge du Pere Bise, Restaurant George Blanc and Restaurant Pierre Gagnaire in Paris. The Australian Gourmet Traveller 2010 awarded Absynthe the best regional restaurant in Queensland and ranked it the 37th best restaurant in the country.

Following a well-decorated career in the United Kingdom, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam and Maldives, Angela spent 7 years as Executive Chef in some of the World's most renowned kitchens creating culinary art at the
likes of London's Brasserie Roux before returning to Australia in late 2021. Regional winner of Nestle Golden Chefs Hat and top 5 within Australia, her cultural experience in the kitchen creates a multi-ethnic harmony of tastes and continues to set new culinary benchmarks at every kitchen she enters.

Emir is no stranger to luxury properties, with leading culinary roles at both Hilton and Rixos before joining the team at JW Marriott Gold Coast. Completing his apprenticeship in Turkey, Emir attended one of the countries most prestigious culinary schools, learning from multiple Michelin Star recipients. Moving to Australia in 2019, he managed two family restaurants, including an authentic Turkish restaurant in Broadbeach.

Citrique Restaurant held the inaugural Culinary Stars showcase in Citrique Restaurant from 7 to 10 November.

The event held four spectacular days of decadent degustation dinners, a culinary cooking class and a delicious high tea featuring some of the Gold Coast's most talented Chefs. We look forward to welcoming our guests back for the next incredible degustation dinner event soon!

Inspired by ocean to plate dining, indulge in a four-course degustation with cocktail pairing. Headlining snow fish ceviche, red emperor, ocean beef and oysters, finishing with a veliche dark chocolate tart.

Welcoming ingredients from the hinterland for a five-course degustation. Indulge in zucchini flower, butter poached rainbow trout, wood-fired roasted quail, roasted lamb and Yuzu gold bar.
