Ocean to Plate Degustation Dinner

Hinterland to Plate Degustation Dinner
Welcoming ingredients from the hinterland for a five-course degustation. Indulge in zucchini flower, butter poached rainbow trout, wood-fired roasted quail, roasted lamb and Yuzu gold bar.

Traditional High Tea
A resort tradition created by our culinary team using local ingredients sourced from the Gold Coast Hinterland. Each homemade product is inspired by the echo of birds in the peaceful and tranquil environment surroundings, finishing with veliche dark chocolate tart.
